L.LUX is a private chauffeur and concierge company based in London. We move executives, private clients and international visitors between airports, hotels, meetings and restaurants and we arrange the hotels and the tables as well.
The company grew out of years spent in London's tourism and reservations trade, where the same lesson came up again and again: clients rarely complain about the car. They complain about the wait, the driver who could not be reached, the hotel that had no record of the booking. So we built a company around removing exactly those moments.
We keep our fleet tightly controlled so every car is immaculate fleet of twenty vehicles. That is a decision, not a limitation. It means every car is immaculate, every chauffeur is known to us personally, and no journey is passed to a stranger from a dispatch pool.
And because we also hold rates with London's five-star hotels, one message can arrange the flight pickup, the suite and the dinner reservation handled by the same team, under one booking.
