Turn your holiday let into a booked-out business.
Expert advice, practical resources and bespoke support to help your holiday let thrive.
A blend of strategy, style and hospitality.
I’ve spent more than 15 years in the holiday letting industry, helping properties and owners navigate the ever-changing world of short-term letting.
My career has taken me to different countries and through every side of the industry, from housekeeping and hands-on property management to sourcing property portfolios and helping owners develop successful holiday lets.
Along the way, I’ve developed a unique synergy of commercial know-how, an in-depth understanding of what makes a brilliant guest experience and a genuine passion for beautiful, thoughtfully considered interiors.
And to test it all, I have owned and managed my own five-star holiday let on the Cornish coast, so I understand first-hand the realities of creating a property guests love while making the numbers work.
The Let Loft brings all of that experience together, giving owners practical, considered advice to help them make the most of their holiday let.

Fifteen years in property & hospitality, now spent helping owners like you.
Running a holiday let can be incredibly rewarding, but it can also feel like a lot to manage on your own. There is always something to think about — bookings, pricing, guest expectations, interiors, marketing, reviews, legislation, technology and an industry that never seems to stand still.
That is where I come in.
Through The Let Loft, I work as a mentor and sounding board for holiday-let owners at every stage of their journey. You might be setting up your very first property and wondering where to begin, struggling to understand why bookings have slowed, planning a redesign, questioning whether your guest experience is good enough, or simply feeling overwhelmed by the constant changes happening across the self-catering industry.
My role is being your go-to person for practical, honest advice — someone you can turn to when you need a fresh perspective, a second opinion or a clear plan for what to do next.
Experience from every side of holiday letting
I have spent more than 15 years working in the self-catering and holiday-let industry, building experience across a wide variety of properties, locations and roles.
My career began in the French ski resort of Chamonix, where I spent three years working for a premium chalet company. I started out as a housekeeper before moving into an operations manager role, giving me first-hand experience of both the day-to-day detail and the wider operational side of running successful holiday lets.
After moving back to the UK, I settled in Cornwall and continued my career in the industry, first as a property manager and, most recently, as a portfolio manager for a leading Cornish agency. Those roles gave me the opportunity to work closely with owners across a wide range of properties, helping them navigate everything from guest experience and property presentation to commercial performance and long-term strategy.
That breadth of experience has given me an understanding of holiday letting from both sides of the front door.
I know what goes into preparing a property before a guest arrives. I understand the importance of the small details that shape the guest experience. I know the commercial pressures owners face, the importance of getting a property noticed in an increasingly competitive market, and how difficult it can be to know where to invest your time and money.
Over the years, I have worked closely with holiday-let owners to help them improve their properties, strengthen their offering and make better commercial decisions.
Commercial thinking meets guest experience
One of the things that has always interested me most about holiday letting is that the most successful properties are rarely successful because of one thing alone.
Beautiful interiors are important, but they need to work commercially.
Strong pricing is important, but guests still need a reason to choose you.
Marketing can bring someone through the door, but the experience they have once they arrive determines whether they leave a five-star review, recommend you to someone else or return again.
My approach brings those different elements together.
I combine commercial know-how, guest experience and a genuine passion for interiors and property presentation to look at a holiday let as a whole.
Sometimes the answer is improving photographs or repositioning a listing. Sometimes it is refining the guest journey, rethinking the interior, adjusting pricing or identifying something that is simply making the property harder to book.
Often, it is a combination of several small changes that can make the biggest difference.
I have been an owner too
I have also experienced holiday letting from the owner's side, having run my own five-star holiday let.
That experience gave me an even greater appreciation for everything that happens behind the scenes.
I understand that it is not simply a property on a booking website. It is an investment, a business and, very often, somewhere you have personally put a huge amount of time, energy and emotion into creating.
I also understand the reality of juggling guest expectations, maintenance, housekeeping, pricing, reviews and the constant temptation to compare your property with everything else on the market.
It means the advice I give is not just based on theory or what looks good on paper. It comes from years of industry experience combined with first-hand knowledge of what it actually feels like to run a holiday let.
What The Let Loft is here to do
I created The Let Loft to give independent holiday-let owners access to the kind of experienced advice and support that can otherwise be difficult to find.
You do not necessarily need a large agency or a complete overhaul of your business. Sometimes you simply need someone knowledgeable to look at what you are doing, help you identify the opportunities and give you a clear, achievable way forward.
Whether we work together through a full holiday-let audit, one-to-one mentoring or one of my practical guides and resources, my approach will always be the same: straightforward advice, thoughtful ideas and recommendations that are realistic for you and your property.
There is no one-size-fits-all formula for a successful holiday let.
My job is to help you understand what will make yours better.
The Let Loft is here to help you make more of your let — with a little less guesswork and a lot more confidence.

Before you enquire
Do I need more than one property to work with you?
Not at all. Most of my clients start with a single holiday let. The frameworks work the same whether you have one property or a growing portfolio.
Which booking platforms do you cover?
I work across Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo and direct-booking websites, and can advise on channel manager setup if you list across multiple platforms.
Can I move from a single consultancy call into a full audit later?
Yes — many clients start with a 45-minute consultancy call and move into a full Property Audit once they're ready for a deeper, hands-on review.
