One monthly figure covers rent, utilities, internet and furnishings. Nothing is added on later.

Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside any of our homes. There is a designated outdoor area at each property where residents who smoke are welcome to do so.
Because our homes are shared, pets are considered case by case with the residents already living there. Please talk to the property manager before applying so we can find the right fit.
The one-time move-in fee is non-refundable. It is charged only once, on approval, and covers securing and preparing the room. There is no separate security deposit.
The homes are centrally heated and cooled, and residents agree a comfortable shared setting. Rooms are also fitted with ceiling fans, and residents are welcome to bring a personal fan or heater.
Most residents use their own mobile phone, and Wi-Fi is available throughout the home at no extra cost. If a resident has no phone, speak to the property manager and we’ll help arrange one.
The network name and password are given to you on move-in day, and the property manager is happy to set up your phone, tablet or TV for you if that’s easier.
We accept private pay, Social Security, SSI, SSDI, veterans pay and funding from assistance programs. If you’re unsure whether a funding source qualifies, call us and we’ll check for you.
No. We don’t run credit checks and we don’t require an income of three times the rent. Our application is short and we make decisions quickly.
